New Act of the Year FINAL

Join us at South Street for one of the real highlights of Reading Comedy Festival, as the hunt for the Best New Act of the Year reaches it's exciting climax as ten of the funniest new acts on the UK circuit take to the stage to claim this much in demand crown.Last year's winner Rob Beckett has since gone on to win the Leicester Square Theatre New Act of the Year, Outside The Box New Act of the Year and be a finalist in the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year for 2010. And he's just one in a host of hilarious acts to use this as a springboard in their comedy careers.
So if you want to see some really funny acts, and who knows, the next big thing... then make sure you come and support the next generation of comedy talent at South Street. Compere to be announced.
